Thank you for considering supporting the Carolina Park Elementary School PTO as a 2025 - 2026 business partner! As a business partner, your support and generosity will directly impact over 1000 students and the 100+ faculty and staff at CPE. You can be confident your sponsorship dollars go to enhancing the educational experience of our students through new playground equipment, classroom supplies, and educational experiences, programs, and activities.
This year we have a variety of opportunities available from small event sponsorships to our larger direct donation campaign. Our direct donation campaign, Friends of Carolina Park, will take place in the spring, and information will be available this winter. Please reach out directly to us for more information. The Friends of Carolina Park Campaign supports our larger expenses such as salary for a special area teacher, our house system, Park Palooza and more. Currently this form focuses on our smaller school-wide events and teacher appreciation opportunities.
In return for your sponsorship, we will promote your business in various ways - from social media shoutouts to email blasts and event recognition. See below for specific incentive details and a list of available sponsorship opportunities! Please reach out with any questions.
Sponsorship Incentives
All sponsorships include the following marketing:
- A social media post/tag on our social media pages
- Sponsorship credit on our website and in our newsletter
- Signage at the event
- An in-event shoutout by the DJ or admin
- The option to attend the event to promote your business with our families (depending on the event)
In addition, we offer the following based on your cumulative donation for the year:
- $150 to $500 - a medium logo will be printed on a large joint “Event Sponsorship” banner to be displayed for the 2025-2026 school year
- $501 - $749 - a large logo in a central location will be printed on the same joint banner as described above
- $750 and up - your logo will be printed on an individual banner (30”x30”) which will be displayed in the bus loop carline for the 2025-2026 school year
Donation totals will be calculated at the end of September 2025 to be displayed on the banner. After September, we will do additional banners at a later date. If you donate multiple times, we will total them for the year before determining your incentive level.
